When you are finished, please post on this blog what you liked or did not like about this week's survey blog. (Just so I know you took it.)

I did not like the biography parts. I do not like biographies because they are very boring and have no story line. It was a very short quiz. Historical fiction is fun to read because it is like realistic fiction. It is similar to realistic fiction also because it did not have to happen. I like to read it. I think the survey blogs are fun and you should to more.
I liked the fact that they let us check (in the boxes) what types of historical fiction we liked. It was like someone was interested in what ancient locations we like to read about. I would like to say that I didn't like it when I saw that the survey had a question about how many historical fiction/biography books we've read in the past 6 months. I keep track of about how many books I read, but not exactly how many.
For the survey we took I liked how we could write why or why not we don’t like historical fiction. I also liked how it asked what kind of historical fiction you would like to read. It was really easy and I liked how we could check things off. I like reading historical fiction but i have not read alot. Helen Keller is Historical Non fiction so it is historical but nonfiction o i wrote helen keller for what is your favorite historical book.
The survey is was ok. One of the things that I didn’t like was that when it said what kind of historical fiction I like I would have liked a bigger verity. Other than that then that the survey was really good.
I liked this survey because it was different than the usual three paragraphs. It was a lot easier. I think it’s better than the regular way because it’s shorter and I enjoyed the survey more.
In the survey I just took, I liked the part where you got to choose what time period you would like to read about. I liked this because you get an idea of what you might want to read about. I didn't like where you had to say how many historical fiction books you've read in a certain amout of time because I wasn't sure. I said one, because I haven't read a historical fiction book in a while. (I'm reading one now, though.) I'm pretty sure I read more, though. Overall, the survey was good.
I like the survey because it was different from what we usually are assigned to do and it was quick and easy. The one thing I didnt like about it is you couldnt really say why you like that book? OR Why do you like to read historical fiction? over all I liked it.

I took the survey and I liked how they asked you how many historical fiction or biography books you have read in the past six months. That question sort of made me think on how many biography or historical fiction books i read. I also thought the question where they ask what year you would read about. I think that the survey was good, i also liked the question where they asked you what you like about biography or historical fiction book was.
I think that the survey was pretty good. The only question that bothered me was, "How many Historical Fiction/Biographies have you read in the last 6 months?" because I couldn't remember how many I had read. Otherwise, I know we're starting this new unit on historical fiction and biographies, so this survey gave me sort of a head start on what we're going to cover. That helped, and since I think we're going to get such a wide variety of subjects to choose from, from what I saw on the survey, I think it will be fun.
I like how it asked us individually what time period of historical fiction we like the best because there are so many different types of historical fiction, and if you asked if you like historical answer, you couldn't just say yes. You would also have to say what time period, too.
what I liked about the survey was it asked you what types of realistic fiction books you liked. I also liked how it wanted to know why you liked historical fiction.
Some things I did not like about the survey is that I dont really like reading biographies or historical fiction so the questions were a little bit harder because on the last question it asked what my favorite historical fiction book I read and it was kind of hard because have not read a lot of them. but i still think it was more fun than a normal blog because we just had to answer some questions
I did not like the survey because it asked you in the past month, how many of these books did you read. I don’t remember! Plus it asked about what’s your favorite historical fiction book that you read or someone read, I don’t know.
I think doing the survey was a very good idea. It tells you what we like to read and gives you good suggestions to give to other kids. It also was easier then writing a big blog. I think you should definitely do the survey again.
I liked this week’s survey blog because it was short and simple. I also liked how the survey gave me tiny flashbacks. It made me think of good books I read and bad books I have read in the genre. When filling out the questions I thought of my favorite historical fiction book Milkweed by Jerry Spinelli.
This survey was not very fun but it was very easy so it was ok. But what was the point of this all it was asking is if you like historical fiction but, whatever. I think it was kind of just a waste of time but it was kind of good thing because it was go to the grocery store or finish all homework so I didn’t have to do it later.this was pretty easy so I watched some tv after.
When I took the survey I liked it. It wasn't long as I thought it would be. It was just yes or no questions. It was really easy. It was also really fun. I love reading about Ancient Egypt. This survey was fun!!!!!!!!
I liked how it asked you for your favorite historical fiction book. I also like how it asked you for book types that you might be interested in. I think it was a good idea to put in how many books you’ve read in the past 6 months.
What I liked about the historical fiction survey is that you get to tell what your favorite historical fiction book is. My favorite historical fiction book is “Elijah of Buxton,” because it is so funny.
I liked histoical fiction because it is always a good stroy. And it always keeps you in to the book. And my best historical ficiton is starfish i only heard a littel bit of it but i like because it it has indeions in it.I liked this blog because it was easy and it is about historical fiction books.
One thing that I didn’t like about the survey was that there was no maybe button. For some of the questions I was a maybe, but since there was no maybe button, I clicked yes on the questions that I would’ve been a maybe. I liked that the survey was short. Some surveys have a lot of questions and seem to drag on forever, this one didn’t. Another thing I liked about the survey was that the questions weren’t that difficult. On some surveys the questions make you put a lot of thought into which answer your going to pick. These questions were short, easy, and quick.
I thought the survey was just like any other survey I have taken. Most surveys have two options or more or it usually has just a yes or no question. I liked the survey because it was on a genre that I like. Historical fiction. I didn’t like it because it was kind of short.
I like how we could answer your survey. I have a question though, when you check off the boxes at the end, do you do your favorite or the type you have read before? I did what I have read before. I typed the name of the book in the box at the end that asks what your favorite was.
I liked the survey. I thought it was simple and quick and easy to understand. If I had to take another one I would. I thought it asked the right questions so that a teacher could figure out what a student is interested in.
I like how it targeted certain things about the type of book. I also liked how there was not a lot of typing and it was fast. I very much liked this blog it was simple but fun.
I didn't think that it was helpful but I did like a change in variety. I think that the survey should of focused on more than one genre. But yet we are reading historical fiction change of variety was nice though. Because we usually do something on the book we are reading in class or Egyptian daily life...it was nicer to have something a little more unique. So I personally would like to do another survey but a different genre.
I liked that they had check boxes to choose your favorite kind of historical fiction, not just a broad question of "Do you like historical fiction?" I think it is a very good survey.

I did like the survey because I think it's important that Mrs. McManus knows what we think about Historical Fiction.

I liked the survey because while it did make me think about the subject at hand, it was straight-foward and to the point.
I think doing the survey was a very good idea. It tells you what we like to read and gives you good suggestions to give to other kids. It also was easier then writing a big blog. I think you should definitely do the survey again.

i like how you didn`t get any results and you can just take it for free and not feel like your giving your information away while do a funn activity.
I liked how it asked you for your favorite historical fiction book. I also like how it asked you for book types that you might be interested in. I think it was a good idea to put in how many books you’ve read in the past 6 months.

I thought the survey was very easy.
I didn’t dislike or especially love about anything on the quiz. It was ok, there wasn’t really anything bad about it.

I thought that the blog survey was a very fun blog. I would certainly like to do that type of blog again.

I liked how you were suposed to think about what you liked beter and how you were suposed to tell how many books you read!!!
