Who do you think was the most important ruler of Egypt? Why?

I think the best Egyptian Ruler was Cleopatra because unlike King Tut, she was actually a really good leader, not just one they found the tomb of. Though she was technically not an Egyptian Pharaoh, (she was actually Greek, and came long after them,) she saved Egypt when it was in a time of poverty and war. She is also a great example of a succesful and important woman in history.
